Role Description The Operation Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The role involves overseeing daily branch operations, coordinating customer transactions, and ensuring that gold buying procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.

The Operation

Executive will manage documentation, verify customer details, maintain records, and support cash and inventory handling in line with company policies. This position also includes monitoring service quality, resolving operational issues, supporting compliance with internal guidelines, and collaborating with branch staff and management to improve workflows.



The role requires consistent in office presence and a strong focus on timely, accurate, and customer-oriented operations.

Qualifications

- Experience in branch or retail operations, with skills in process coordination, documentation, and record management.
- Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, problem-solving, and a professional, ethical approach to transactions.
- Basic financial and numerical skills for handling cash, verifying amounts, and maintaining transaction accuracy.
- Proficiency in using computers and office software (e.g., MS Office, data entry tools) for operational reporting and record-keeping.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Kolkata, including collaborating effectively with team members and management.
- Prior experience in gold, jewelry, banking, or financial services operations is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field preferred.
