Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance activities at the assigned client site.

- Ensure productive functioning of water and wastewater treatment plants and associated equipment.

- Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Supervise site personnel, technicians, and contract manpower.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.

- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal service teams for smooth execution of activities.

- Monitor maintenance schedules, spare parts availability, and service reports.

- Maintain operational records, prepare periodic reports, and ensure timely resolution of client complaints.

- Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to improve plant efficiency.

- Ensure readiness to work at and relocate to other client sites as per organizational requirements.
