Job Summary

ADA Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Odia-speaking candidates for the TC Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in Odia and Hindi, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls as per the TC process requirements.
- Communicate with customers in Odia and Hindi.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Explain relevant services, processes, and requirements to customers.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.
- Follow up with customers whenever required.
- Achieve daily calling, productivity, and quality targets.
- Maintain professional call etiquette and customer confidentiality.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team when necessary.

Eligibility Criteria




- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Fluency in speaking Odia is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven voice process.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Pune office.
