We are looking for experienced professionals from the Ocean Freight & Logistics industry for an exciting opportunity.

Location: Bengaluru - WFO

Experience: 25 Years

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Proficiency in KANNADA is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Manage ocean carrier allocations and optimize capacity utilization.

Monitor carrier contracts and ensure allocation compliance.

Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.

Support load planning, shipment execution, and milestone tracking.

Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Prepare allocation reports and support performance reviews.

Work closely with regional and country teams to enhance customer experience.

Desired Skills:





Experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of carrier allocation management and ocean logistics.

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Result-oriented and collaborative approach.
