Key Responsibilities

- Counsel patients regarding maternity services, antenatal care, delivery packages, and hospital procedures.

- Coordinate with patients and their attendants regarding consultations, admissions, and delivery planning.

- Explain maternity packages, hospital facilities, and admission procedures to patients.

- Coordinate with Obs-Gyn doctors, nursing staff, and other hospital departments.

- Follow up with patients for appointments, antenatal visits, and planned admissions.

- Assist patients with admission formalities and required documentation.

- Coordinate with the billing, insurance, and TPA departments for approvals and queries, where applicable.

- Maintain accurate patient records and counselling follow-up details.

- Address patient queries professionally and ensure patient satisfaction.

- Support daily operations of the Obs-Gyn department and ensure smooth coordination.
