Job Title: Design Engineer UGNX Surfacing

Experience: 2-5 Years

We are looking for a talented UGNX Surfacing Engineer with experience in Automotive Product Design. The candidate should have solid expertise in Siemens NX (UGNX) Surfacing and experience in developing high-quality surfaces for automotive components. Experience in Foams will be preferred; however, candidates with Plastic Product Design experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and modify Class-A, Class-B, and Class-C surfaces using UGNX.
- Develop surface and solid models as per customer requirements.
- Perform surface quality checks and continuity analysis (G0, G1, G2).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for design and development activities.
- Conduct design feasibility studies and support engineering changes.
- Prepare and maintain design documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Siemens NX (UGNX).




- Expertise in NX Surfacing / Advanced Surfacing.
- Class-A Surface Development.
- Automotive Product Design.
- Plastic Component Design.
- Surface Quality & Continuity Analysis.
- GD&T; and Engineering Drawing Interpretation.
- Product Development Lifecycle knowledge.
