About the Role

We are looking for a Personal Account Manager to manage and support clients enrolled in our diet and workout programs. The selected candidate will be trained on our processes and will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a smooth client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned clients and maintain regular communication. Guide clients based on the diet and workout plans provided by our team. Follow up with clients regularly and address their queries. Track client progress and engagement. Coordinate with the internal team when required. Build positive, long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

10+ yrs of Experience in nutritional support.

Fluent communication in English, Tamil, and Hindi is mandatory.

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable communicating with clients over calls and messages. Own laptop is mandatory.

Late Evening availability is mandatory.

Weekend availability is mandatory.

Freshers and women returning from a career break are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
