Role Overview

- Position: Staff Nurse / Senior Nurse – Rehabilitation
- Location: Hyderabad, India]
- Employment Type: Full-time (Rotational Shifts)
- Department: Rehabilitation & Post-Operative Care

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Rehab Nurse, you will partner with an elite team of Physiatrists, Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists to deliver goal-oriented care:

- Independence Coaching: Empower patients recovering from strokes, spinal injuries, amputations, and major orthopedic surgeries to regain daily functional skills.
- Specialized Clinical Care: Manage bladder/bowel training, complex wound care, and prevent pressure ulcers (bedsores).
- Patient Safety & Mobility: Assist with safe transfers, position adjustments, and the proper utilization of assistive devices.
- Family Training: Educate families on home care routines,



protected handling, and medication management to ensure a smooth transition back home.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

- Education: B.Sc Nursing or GNM from a recognized institution.
- Licensure: Active registration with the State Nursing Council.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in Orthopedics, Neurology, ICU, or dedicated Rehab units (Freshers with strong clinical internship records in these areas are welcome to apply).
- Certifications: BLS/ACLS certification is preferred.
- Key Traits: High emotional intelligence, exceptional patience, strong communication skills, and good physical stamina.
