- Manage and supervise the entire nursing department.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage nursing manpower.
- Ensure quality patient care and patient safety.
- Monitor nursing staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital policies.
- Conduct nursing audits, training, and competency assessments.
- Handle patient complaints and nursing-related incidents.
- Monitor nursing equipment, supplies, and documentation.
- Coordinate with HR and other hospital departments.
- Submit nursing reports to hospital management.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
