- Polite and good at interpersonal relationship
- They manage OHC/ Medical Room along with and under supervision of FMO/ MO.
- Provide medicines to patients under doctor's supervision.
- Check vitals.
- Maintain OPD record.
- Manage all forms of inventories.
- Keep the OHC/ Medical Room hygienically clean.
- Follow up with employees in case of medical requirements.
- Provide First Aid
- Maintain all registers and documents as per compliance.
- Helps in various vaccination programs, health checks and other health related activities.
Requirements
- Candidate with 3 years experience (GNM) OR 2 Years experience (Bsc Nursing)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Friendly and skilled outlook
- Problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Outstanding organizational ability and effective decision-making skills
- Time and resource management for the benefit of patients
