Role & responsibilities

- Verify and prepare product cost estimates from customer drawings and specifications.

- Create and maintain detailed Bills of Materials (BOM).

- Support commercialization activities by coordinating with cross-functional teams.

- Conduct product and process feasibility studies.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.

- Work closely with Design, Production, Quality, and Procurement teams during NPD stages.

- Interact with customers to understand technical requirements and provide engineering solutions.

- Support RFQ analysis, quotation preparation, and technical discussions.

- Ensure smooth transition of new products from development to production.

Preferred candidate profile





- Strong understanding of Sheet Metal Fabrication and Manufacturing Processes.

- Expertise in BOM preparation and Product Costing.

- Knowledge of NPD (New Product Development) methodologies.

- Experience in Process Optimization and Cost Reduction Projects.

- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD/SolidWorks/CATIA or equivalent design software.

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Positive understanding of manufacturing feasibility and commercial aspects.
