Roles & Responsibilities
- Purchase, pack, and deliver Non-Milk products.
- Handle pulses, groceries, dry fruits, vegetables, non-veg, homemade products, and other items.
- Verify product quality, quantity, and purchase bills.
- Ensure on-time delivery and proper customer service.
- Use the company app and update all task statuses on time.
- Submit daily reports on purchases, packing, deliveries, and pending orders.
- Coordinate with Sourcing, Operations, and CRM teams.
Working Policy
- Sunday may be a working day.
- Weekly off can be taken on another approved day.
KPIs
- On-time delivery and order accuracy.
- Timely app updates and daily reporting.
- Minimum product damage and wastage.
- Completion of assigned tasks.
Reporting To: Non-Milk Operations / Operations Manager. Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
