We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a recruitment consultancy and be capable of managing the end-to-end recruitment process to fulfill approved vacancies within the required timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for approved vacancies, from sourcing candidates to offer coordination and joining.
- Source relevant candidates through job portals, skilled networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure interview attendance and successful joining.
- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Work towards recruitment targets and meet defined hiring deadlines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
