- Strong expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and passive-candidate engagement.
- Experience hiring for business, sales, operations, finance, HR, or other non-technical roles.
- Ability to understand job requirements and identify candidates beyond keyword-based resume searches.
- Solid communication skills
- A target-oriented mindset with a focus on recruitment quality, speed, and closures.
- Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, Excel, and recruitment tracking tools.
