Learning Links Foundation (LLF) is looking for a finance professional to lead financial management, audits, statutory compliance, donor/grant finance, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage donor funds, grants, utilization, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, TDS, GST, and statutory requirements.
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Develop and monitor internal financial controls and identify risks.
- Coordinate with Finance, Program, auditors, donors, and other stakeholders.




- Drive ERP implementation, system transition, and process automation.
- Review financial reports, reconciliations, and project-wise budget utilization.
- Mentor the finance team and support capacity building.
