Job Title: Network Engineer Versa SD-WAN

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Education: 15 years of full time education required

Shift: Flexible 24/7 rotational shifts

:

- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Versa SD-WAN infrastructure, including Versa Director, Versa Analytics, and branch CPE devices.
- Configure SD-WAN policies, application steering, QoS, and traffic shaping.
- Troubleshoot routing, connectivity, failover, and network performance issues.
- Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, routers, switches, and access points.
- Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
- Handle L2/L3 escalations, incident resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Coordinate network changes and collaborate with technical teams.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Versa SD-WAN.
- Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, and QoS.
- Experience with MPLS, Broadband, LTE/4G/5G, IPSec, and GRE tunnels.
- Knowledge of Cisco IOS/NX-OS, Juniper JunOS, or Versa OS.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage 24/7 operational support.
