Role: Netskope Architect

Location: Remote ( Chennai Preferred )

Experience: 13+ Years

Work Hours: 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM IST - US Shift

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support enterprise-level Zero Trust security solutions using the Netskope platform.
- Architect and deploy Netskope Security Service Edge (SSE) solutions , including Next-Generation Secure Web Gateway (NG SWG) , Netskope Private Access (NPA) , Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) , and Digital Experience Management (DEM).
- Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and high-availability architecture designs.
- Configure and maintain security policies for URL filtering, malware protection, file controls, and secure web access.
- Manage Proxy Auto-Configuration (PAC) files and supporting services to ensure seamless application connectivity.
- Troubleshoot complex network access, proxy, authentication, and connectivity issues.
- Provide technical leadership during critical incidents, outage bridges, and complex problem resolution.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical challenges and evaluate new product features.
- Create and maintain architecture documents, network diagrams, implementation plans, and as-built documentation.
- Ensure security solutions align with enterprise security standards, authentication protocols, and Zero Trust principles.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with the Netskope Security Service Edge (SSE) platform .




- Expertise in Next-Generation Secure Web Gateway (NG SWG), Netskope Private Access (NPA), and CASB .
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture and enterprise network security.
- Experience with proxy policies, URL filtering, malware and file controls , and PAC file administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across network connectivity, access security, and cloud environments.
- Ability to design, implement, and support enterprise-scale security solutions.

Good to Have

- Experience with Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) exposure using Ansible or Terraform.
- Monitoring and packet analysis tools such as SolarWinds and Wireshark.
- Working knowledge of Cisco ASA and Palo Alto firewalls.
- Familiarity with F5 LTM/GTM, AVI, and IPS/IDS technologies.
- Netskope certifications such as Netskope Integrator Accreditation, Certified Cloud Security Architect (NSK300), or Certified Cloud Security Administrator (NSK100).
- Experience working in Agile environments.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
