1. SAP FICO Consultant

- GL, AP, AR and Asset Accounting configuration
- Controlling: cost centres, profit centres, internal orders, product costing (basic)
- S/4HANA Finance (Universal Journal, Business Partner)
- Integration with SD and MM

2. SAP SD Consultant (incl. LO-VC)

- Order-to-Cash cycle: sales orders, delivery, billing
- Pricing procedures, output determination, credit management
- Variant Configuration (LO-VC) exposure preferred
- Integration with FI and MM

3. SAP MM Consultant

- Procure-to-Pay: PR, PO, GR, IR
- Inventory management, MRP, vendor master and source lists
- Release strategy and account determination
- Integration with FI and WM/EWM

4. SAP ABAP Developer

- RICEF objects: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms
- OData services, CDS Views, AMDP; exposure to RAP preferred
- BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, ALV, Smart Forms / Adobe Forms
- S/4HANA code remediation and performance tuning

5. SAP BASIS / BTP Consultant

- System installation, upgrades, client copy, transport management
- HANA DB administration, backup and recovery, performance monitoring
- Hands-on Cloud ALM and/or FRUN (Focused Run) is mandatory
- BTP sub-account administration, connectivity and Cloud Connector

6. SAP GRC / Security Consultant

- Role design and user administration (PFCG, SU01, SU24)
- GRC Access Control: ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM
- SoD analysis and remediation
- Fiori catalogue, group and space security

7. SAP EWM Consultant (Functional / Technical)





- Inbound and outbound processes, putaway and picking strategies
- RF framework, wave management, warehouse tasks and orders
- Embedded or decentralised EWM on S/4HANA
- Technical roles: EWM enhancements, PPF and RF development

8. SAP PM / CS Consultant

- Maintenance planning: preventive and corrective maintenance
- Notifications, work orders, equipment and functional locations
- Customer Service / S/4 Service Management basics
- Integration with MM, FI/CO and QM

9. SAP QM Consultant

- Inspection plans, inspection lots, usage decisions
- QM in procurement, production and sales
- Quality notifications, certificates, sampling procedures
- Integration with MM and PP

10. SAP EHS Consultant

- Product safety and dangerous goods management
- Incident management and occupational health basics
- EHS on S/4HANA
- Regulatory compliance and reporting

11. SAP Test Analyst / Automation Tester

- SAP functional testing across modules (FICO, SD or MM preferred)
- Test case design, execution and defect tracking (HP ALM / JIRA)
- Automation with Tricentis Tosca or Worksoft (preferred)
- Regression testing for S/4HANA upgrades and rollouts

Must-Have (All Roles)

- 26 years of relevant SAP experience in the module applied for
- At least 1 implementation, rollout or support project on S/4HANA or ECC
- Positive communication skills for working with global stakeholders
- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / MBA / B.Com / M.Com (as relevant to the module)
