About the role
You'll add motion graphics to the studio's videos that help viewers understand and remember what's being said. The focus is clarity and emphasis, not decoration. You'll work closely with the editors on a weekly video pipeline, and build templates and reusable assets that make the whole studio faster.

What you'll do
- Design and animate text, charts, callouts and visual explanations.
- Work closely with the editors to reinforce key moments, highlighting concepts through movement and timing.
- Simplify complex ideas with visual breakdowns.
- Build repeatable graphic systems for creators and brands, and keep the look consistent across episodes and series.
- Develop style guides for recurring formats, and adapt the tone for each creator without losing their identity.
- Prepare animation templates for quick reuse, and keep asset libraries organised.
- Make sure graphics stay readable on mobile, and export clean alpha files and project packages.
- Deliver graphics for the weekly video pipeline, and cut down the editors' workload with reusable assets.
The ideal candidate
- At least 2 years of motion design experience.
- Strong After Effects skills.
- A good sense of typography and layout.
- An understanding of timing and emphasis.
- Able to communicate information visually.
- Bonus: experience with educational, finance or explainer content, basic illustration skills, or animating in sync with sound.
