- Facilitate hands-on, Montessori-based learning experiences.
- Create a nurturing, child-centred classroom workplace.
- Observe and document children's developmental progress.
- Encourage independence, curiosity, and holistic development.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Diploma/certification in Montessori or Early Childhood Education.
- Prior experience in a Montessori or early years setting is preferred.
- Good communication skills and a passion for working with young children.
- IMTC preferred.
