to setup
- Candidate should be able to work on AppDynamics and Thousand Eyes Synthetic monitoring
tools with minimum training
- Candidate must be able to appropriately estimate the work once Product Owner presents
the Product backlog
- Candidate must be able to collaborate closely with stakeholders to fulfill their Demands
- Candidate should be a good team player and have the ability to do switch-tasking if requires

- Good understanding on AppD & Thousand Eyes Monitoring tools how it works • Designing and implementing monitoring tools requirements • Positive communication & presentation skills • ITIL Process.
Good-to-Have JAVA Scripting Knowledge, knowledge in ServiceNow, Has worked in Agile team
