Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in iPhones and other Apple devices.

- Perform display, battery, charging port, speaker, camera, and other component replacements.

- Identify hardware and software-related problems and provide appropriate solutions.

- Handle device disassembly, assembly, testing, and quality checks after repairs.

- Perform software updates, restores, and basic troubleshooting.

- Handle customer devices carefully and maintain proper repair records.

- Ensure repairs are completed within the expected turnaround time.

- Follow company procedures and maintain a clean, organized workstation.

- Communicate repair status and technical findings to the team when required.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in repairing Apple products, particularly iPhones.

- Hands-on experience with common mobile hardware repairs and troubleshooting.

- Valuable understanding of iPhone hardware, components, and iOS-related issues.





- Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs independently.

- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to repair quality.

- Willingness to work full-time at our HSR Layout, Bengaluru location.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in an Apple service centre or a multi-brand mobile repair centre.

- Familiarity with repair tools, diagnostic procedures, and post-repair testing.

- Basic knowledge of MacBook and iPad troubleshooting is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
