About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage student data, profile verification, attendance monitoring, assessment records, data quality, and MIS reporting across our program operations.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and updated student records, ensuring data integrity across program management systems and mobile applications, coordinating with Program Officers and field teams, and supporting timely reporting and operational decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have strong data management and quality-control skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to manage large volumes of data with accuracy and consistency.

Required Skills and Competencies

· Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including data validation, sorting, filtering, lookup functions, PivotTables, and report preparation.

· Good understanding of MIS reporting, data management, data validation, and quality-control processes.

· High attention to detail and accuracy while handling large datasets.

· Ability to identify data discrepancies, duplicate records, and inconsistencies and take corrective action.





· Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Robust coordination and communication skills to work with field teams and internal stakeholders.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain data confidentiality.

· Willingness to learn and work with program-specific applications, portals, and databases.

Educational Qualification and Experience

· Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with qualifications in IT, Computer Applications, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Management will be preferred.

· 1–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, data management, reporting, or quality control is preferred.

· Experience working with NGOs, education programs, CSR initiatives, or large-scale beneficiary databases will be an added advantage.

· Freshers with strong Excel skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail may also be considered.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
