Role Overview

We are looking for an MIS Analyst to support field operations and performance management across multiple districts in Uttar Pradesh. The role will focus on maintaining daily reports and dashboards, analysing field performance, tracking conversion metrics, and providing insights to improve productivity and camp attendance.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards for field operations.
- Track field staff attendance, on-time starts, household visits, customer interactions, bookings and expected camp attendance.
- Monitor daily targets against actual performance and highlight gaps in field productivity.
- Analyse conversion ratios, booking quality, camp attendance, registrations and completed application files.
- Verify booking data and coordinate with field teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting discipline.
- Track individual field staff performance and prepare weekly productivity and conversion reports.
- Support incentive calculations using verified performance data.




- Identify underperforming areas and share actionable insights with district teams and management.
- Track new field staff training completion and monitor performance improvement.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in MIS, sales operations, field operations reporting or performance analytics.
- Solid Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions and dashboard preparation.
- Experience tracking sales targets, field productivity, lead conversion and team performance.
- Ability to analyse large datasets, identify performance gaps and prepare actionable reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work with field teams and management.
- Fluency in Hindi and willingness to travel across districts in Uttar Pradesh as required.
- Experience in solar, telecom, consumer finance, microfinance or FMCG field operations will be preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Advanced Excel and MIS reporting.
- Power BI or other data visualisation tools.
- Experience with field sales teams, FOS networks or high-volume customer acquisition operations.
