Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; preferably Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 23 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or operations support.
- Advanced Excel: Solid expertise in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, data validation, conditional formatting, charts, and data cleaning.
- PowerPoint: Ability to create professional, structured, and visually appealing presentations for management reporting.
- Good understanding of data analysis, reporting methodologies, and dashboard preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling large datasets.




- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in report automation and dashboard development.
- Working knowledge of Power Query and basic data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
- Exposure to KPI reporting, management dashboards, and business performance analysis.
