Key ResponsibilitiesData Management &

- Reporting

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

- Prepare sales, inventory, procurement, production, and performance reports.

- Collect and consolidate data from multiple departments.

- Ensure accuracy and consistency of business data.

Data Analysis

- Analyze business performance and highlight trends, variances, and key insights.

- Prepare management dashboards and KPI reports.

- Identify areas for process improvement through data analysis.

- Support management in decision-making with actionable insights.

Excel &

- Reporting Tools

- Maintain large datasets using Microsoft Excel.

- Utilize Advanced Excel functions such as:

- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

- Pivot Tables

- Conditional Formatting

- Power Query

- Data Validation

- Charts and Dashboards

- Prepare automated reports wherever possible.

ERP &

- System Management

- Extract and validate data from ERP systems.





- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely data entry.

- Monitor data accuracy in ERP and reporting systems.

- Assist in ERP-related reporting and system enhancements.

Coordination &

- Documentation

- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production, Purchase, Warehouse, and HR teams.

- Maintain report documentation and reporting schedules.

- Support audits by providing required reports and data records.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Applications, or related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Reporting.

- Freshers with excellent Excel skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
