Company Description Indumati Netralaya – Eye Hospital is a NABH Entry Level certified facility on Meja Road in Prayagraj, dedicated to bringing city-standard eye care to rural communities in the Meja, Manda, Koraon, and Mirzapur belt at affordable prices. The hospital provides comprehensive services, including cataract, glaucoma, squint, pediatric eye care, diabetic eye disease management, optical services, and an in-house pharmacy.

Netralaya has completed over 2,500 surgeries under Ayushman Bharat and is empanelled with PM-JAY and the Uttar Pradesh state employees' cashless scheme. Through village eye camps, the hospital offers free checkups to detect problems early and prevent loss of sight or livelihood.

Role Description The MIS and Data Entry Executive will be responsible for managing and updating patient and hospital data in information systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely entry of records. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and maintaining MIS reports, compiling data for management review, and generating regular dashboards and summaries that support operational and clinical decision-making.

The role involves coordinating with clinical and administrative staff to collect required information, resolving data discrepancies, and maintaining data security and confidentiality in line with hospital policies.



The executive will also support basic analytics and reporting for schemes such as Ayushman Bharat and other empanelments. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Indumati Netralaya in Prayagraj.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills for handling hospital databases and reporting tools.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to validate data, identify trends, and support performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Candidates should possess experience in MIS Reporting, including generating periodic reports, dashboards, and summaries for management and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to coordinate with clinical, administrative, and partner teams for accurate data collection and clarification.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel or similar spreadsheet tools; working knowledge of hospital or healthcare information systems is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, ability to maintain data confidentiality, and capability to work methodically in a high-volume workplace.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in healthcare or hospital operations is beneficial.
