**Job Responsibilities
- Operate and program Yaskawa MIG welding robots.
- Set welding parameters, robot paths, and welding sequences as per production requirements.
- Perform robot programming, teach pendant operation, and program adjustments.
- Ensure proper welding quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Troubleshoot welding defects and robot-related issues.
- Carry out routine maintenance and basic fault diagnosis.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to achieve production targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in robotic MIG welding.
- Hands-on experience with Yaskawa welding robots is preferred.
- Knowledge of robot programming, welding parameters, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand welding requirements.
- Responsible, disciplined, and quality-focused.
