Role Description The Mid-Level Telecaller role at ElevAIte Labs is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, focused on outbound and inbound calling to support lead generation, qualification, and customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting potential and existing clients, explaining products and services clearly, capturing accurate information in CRM systems, and scheduling follow-ups and demos for the sales and delivery teams.

The Telecaller will handle WhatsApp and phone-based responses, ensure timely follow-up on inquiries,



and coordinate with internal teams to keep lead and customer status up to date. This role involves meeting daily and weekly calling targets, maintaining skilled call etiquette, and providing feedback from conversations that can improve scripts, workflows, and automation systems. The compensation range for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or a similar voice-based role, preferably in technology, SaaS, or services.
- Robust communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Telugu or other regional languages is an advantage.
- Proven ability to handle outbound and inbound calls, manage objections, and maintain professional, respectful call etiquette.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, WhatsApp Business); experience working with lead management systems is a plus.
- Ability to follow structured calling scripts while adapting to different customer needs and situations.
- Consistent track record of meeting call volume, conversion, or engagement targets in previous roles.
- Strong listening, note-taking, and data-entry accuracy to capture relevant information and update records in real time.
- High level of reliability, time management, and ability to work in office in Hyderabad with minimal supervision. <
