About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Developer with strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps Component Framework (PCF), and Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating enterprise-grade business applications while leveraging modern low-code and pro-code capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

- Design, build, and enhance business applications using Power Apps, including Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.
- Develop enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dataverse as the core data platform.
- Create business process automation solutions using Power Automate.
- Configure Dataverse tables, columns, forms, views, relationships, business rules, and security models.
- Build scalable, reusable, and maintainable Power Platform applications.
- Troubleshoot application, performance, and configuration issues.
- Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and implementation planning.




- Design and develop custom Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls for advanced user experience requirements.
- Create reusable components using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern web technologies.
- Develop custom dataset controls, form controls, and interactive business components.
- Integrate PCF components with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 applications.
- Work with PCF lifecycle APIs, metadata services, context objects, and Dataverse Web APIs.
- Package and deploy PCF controls within managed and unmanaged solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance PCF components for performance and usability.
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Develop custom solutions where standard platform capabilities do not meet business requirements.
- Configure entities/tables, forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, and security roles.
- Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Support Dynamics 365 implementation, enhancement, migration, and modernization initiatives.
- Participate in solution configuration, deployment, testing, and production support.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with external enterprise applications.
- Develop and consume REST APIs and Web APIs.
- Design reusable integration services and components.
- Implement data validation, transformation, exception handling, and integration monitoring solutions.
- Support integrations using Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and other Azure integration services.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and performance-related issues across environments.
- Support solution packaging, deployment automation, and release management processes.
- Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices across development environments.
- Utilize source control, solution versioning, and deployment pipelines.
- Ensure adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8–12 years of experience in enterprise application development and Microsoft technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.




- Extensive experience designing and developing Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.
- Expertise in Dataverse architecture, security models, relationships, and data design.
- Strong experience developing Power Automate workflows and business process automation solutions.
- Advanced hands-on experience building reusable Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) components.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development practices.
- Experience working with Dynamics 365 customization and extensibility capabilities.
- Knowledge of client-side scripting, business process flows, and custom business logic implementation.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Web APIs, OAuth, and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience implementing custom services, integration frameworks, and middleware solutions.
- Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure Integration Services.
- Experience with solution management, deployment automation, and application lifecycle management.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
