Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant - Field Service

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Field Service, and Power Platform . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to support enterprise business processes and field service operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Field Service, Customer Service, and related modules.
- Develop Plugins, Custom Workflows, Actions, PCF Controls, and JavaScript customizations.
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Dataverse solutions.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications using REST APIs, Azure Services, and middleware platforms.
- Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security models.
- Support Field Service scheduling, work orders, resource management, inspections, and mobility solutions.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment,



and production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Required Skills
- 5-10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 CE.
- Solid experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service module implementation and customization.
- Expertise in:
- C#
- .NET
- JavaScript
- Plugins & Custom Workflows
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Dataverse
- Experience with REST APIs, Web API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
- Knowledge of Field Service scheduling, Work Orders, Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO), and Mobile App.
- Experience with CRM security model, data migration, and deployment management.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure Integration Services.
- Knowledge of PCF Controls and Custom APIs.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform Certifications.
- Agile/Scrum project experience.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
