Job Title: MEP Engineer – Corporate Interior Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and review MEP designs and layouts in coordination with
- architectural and interior design teams for corporate office interiors.
- Ensure MEP systems are efficiently integrated within the constraints of
- the interior design concept.
- Partly participate in Prepare MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical
- specifications for tender and construction.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for MEP system
- planning and execution.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure MEP installations align with approved
- designs and safety standards.
- Manage technical submittals, RFIs, and MEP shop drawing reviews.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, sustainability standards
- (e.g., LEED), and health & safety regulations.
- Participate in project meetings, report progress, and resolve technical
- issues.




- Provide technical support during construction and post-construction
- phases (testing, commissioning, handover).

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or
- related field).
- Minimum 3.5 years of experience in MEP design and execution,
- preferably in corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Project office, MS office etc.
- Robust understanding of HVAC, lighting, fire protection, plumbing, and
- Electrical systems relevant to office interiors.

Familiarity with green building design and energy efficiency standards is a plus. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
