Core Responsibilities

- Design &
- Engineering Coordination:

Review MEP drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), technical specs, and load calculations. Coordinate MEP layouts with architectural and structural teams using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks.

- Project Execution &

- Site Management:

Lead end-to-end site installation for HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire-fighting systems, and sewage/effluent treatment plants (STP/ETP).

- Procurement &

- Vendor Management:

Assist commercial teams with tender evaluations, rate contracts, vendor negotiations, and contractor management.

- Budget &

- Cost Control:

Manage MEP project budgets, monitor variation claims/change orders, and perform value engineering to optimize costs.

- Statutory Compliance &

- Quality Assurance:

Ensure all works comply with local building codes, safety regulations,



statutory approvals, and green building/energy-efficiency norms.

- Testing, Commissioning &

- Handover:

Oversee pre-commissioning, functional testing, and final system handovers to facility management teams or clients.
