Role Description The MEP Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar, responsible for overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across residential and commercial projects. This role includes planning, coordinating, and monitoring MEP design, installation, and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.

The MEP Project Manager collaborates with architects, civil engineers, contractors, and suppliers, reviews and manages technical submittals, and addresses site issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities involve leading site meetings, tracking progress, managing documentation, verifying quality and performance of MEP installations,



and providing regular status updates to senior management. The role also requires proactive risk identification, cost control, and continuous process improvement to support NORTHRISE’s commitment to sustainable and efficient building solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) expertise, with experience in coordinating building services across residential and commercial projects.
- Candidates should possess practical skills in Plumbing systems, including design review, installation oversight, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Candidates should possess proven Project Management and Budgeting skills to plan, schedule, and control costs while meeting project milestones.
- Candidates should possess experience managing Submittals, technical documentation, and communication between consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve technical and site-related issues, and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in project management and MEP design tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD/Revit or similar).
- Prior experience in large-scale real estate or construction projects
