Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and monitoring Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works in high-rise residential/commercial projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, firefighting, and drainage works. Coordinate MEP installations with civil, structural, and architectural teams. Review shop drawings, builders’ work drawings, and MEP coordination drawings.

Monitor sleeves, openings, conduits, embedded services, and shaft coordination before concreting. Ensure installation quality and compliance with approved specifications and standards. Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and snag rectification.

Monitor contractor progress,



manpower, materials, and site activities. Resolve site issues and maintain daily progress and inspection reports. Ensure safety compliance and timely completion of MEP works.

Qualifications &

Experience: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Relevant experience in high-rise building construction. Knowledge of MEP systems, site coordination, drawings, and quality control.

Experience with Mivan construction and high-rise MEP coordination preferred. Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
