Job Summary:

RPG Foundation is looking for a high-energy, ambitious, and forward-thinking HR professional to strengthen our people function, with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition. We are seeking a professional who can help us attract exceptional talent across levels, from young professionals to senior leadership positions, while ensuring agility, quality, and speed in hiring.

:

Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)

- Own end-to-end recruitment across all levels and functions within the Foundation.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to ensure timely hiring closures.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Leverage modern recruitment tools, social media, professional networks, and digital platforms to identify high-quality candidates.
- Partner with vertical leads to understand talent requirements and create effective hiring plans. Enhance candidate experience through proactive engagement and seamless recruitment processes.
- Track and improve key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion ratios, and quality of hire.
- Build the Foundation's employer brand and position it as an employer of choice within the social impact sector.




- Introduce contemporary hiring practices and global recruitment trends to improve effectiveness and speed.

HR Business Partnering & Operations

- Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, engagement, and exit management.
- Collaborate on employee engagement, culture-building, and organizational development initiatives.
- Assist in performance management, learning and development, and talent management programs.
- Ensure HR documentation, systems, and employee records are maintained accurately.
- Contribute to policy implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Candidate Specification:

- Relevant degree in Human Resources, Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field from a reputed institute.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a strong specialization in Talent Acquisition.
- Exposure to global talent acquisition practices, contemporary recruiting technologies, and data-driven hiring approaches.
- Experience hiring across diverse levels, functions, and talent segments.
- Strong networking, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. High ownership, urgency, and solution-oriented mindset.

and passionate about building high-performing teams.
