Role Description The Member of Research Staff role is a remote position focused on advancing core technologies for AI workloads. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and conducting experiments, developing and evaluating algorithms, and analyzing system performance across diverse AI workloads.

Members of Research Staff are expected to stay current with relevant literature, propose current research directions, and contribute to the overall strategy for intelligent execution and optimization of AI systems.

Qualifications





- Strong foundation in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, with experience in algorithms, data structures, and distributed or high-performance computing.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in research and systems work
- Strong experience in Reinforcement Learning, Kernel Optimization and GPU Architecture
- Background in AI, machine learning, or systems for AI workloads
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in writing and verbally, and to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
- Degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experience in research-oriented roles.
