Job Summary

Samson Scientific & Surgical Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and hardworking Medical Sales Representative (MSR) to handle sales activities and distributor development in Gaya and surrounding areas. The role requires regular field visits, business development, distributor management, order collection, payment follow-ups, and disciplined reporting to the management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage existing distributors and dealers and develop strong business relationships across Gaya and nearby territories.
- Identify new distributors, dealers, hospitals, nursing homes, medical stores, and surgical product retailers.
- Conduct regular field visits to generate business and increase product sales.
- Generate orders from distributors and direct customers and work toward achieving monthly sales targets.
- Promote the company's medical and surgical products and explain product features to customers.
- Maintain regular contact with distributors to monitor stock availability, product demand, and repeat orders.
- Follow up on pending payments and outstanding balances and coordinate with the accounts team for payment clearance.
- Explore new markets and identify opportunities to increase sales coverage.
- Maintain updated customer and distributor records.
- Submit daily field visit reports, sales and order reports, payment collection updates,



and market feedback.
- Prepare and follow a weekly tour plan and ensure effective territory coverage.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales performance, distributor issues, customer requirements, and market developments.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and pending business opportunities.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; sales or marketing qualifications will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in medical, surgical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage distributor relationships and generate new business.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp reporting.
- Willingness to travel throughout Gaya and nearby assigned areas.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence preferred.

Salary: As per experience and company policy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
