We are looking for a proactive and confident Partnerships & Outreach Associate to build relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. The role involves promoting maternal wellness services, developing referral partnerships, conducting field visits, and supporting community awareness activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with doctors, gynecologists, pediatricians, clinics, and hospitals to develop partnerships.
- Schedule meetings and visit healthcare facilities to promote services.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Develop referral networks and follow up with existing and potential partners.
- Coordinate awareness programs, webinars, workshops, and community events.
- Distribute brochures, posters, and other promotional materials.
- Maintain partnership records and submit weekly activity reports.




- Collect market feedback and support brand promotion activities.

Requirements:

- Graduate in BBA, Marketing, Healthcare, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Marathi.
- Confident in interacting with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Willing to travel locally for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Interest in women's health, maternal wellness, and community engagement.

Preferred Experience: Experience in sales, business development, partnerships, healthcare, events, NGO activities, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
