AM InfoWeb is hiring Medical Records Reviewers to review and summarize medical records accurately, ensuring that relevant clinical information is organized and documented clearly for downstream review and processing. You need at least a year as a Medical Records Reviewer or Medical Summarizer and a working knowledge of medical terminology; the role is office-based in Pune, on the day shift.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Review medical records and extract relevant clinical information accurately.
- Prepare concise, structured medical summaries based on the available documentation.
- Identify key diagnoses, procedures, treatments, medical history, and other relevant details as required by the process.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, completeness, and turnaround-time standards.
- Follow established work instructions, quality guidelines, and confidentiality requirements when handling medical information.
- Flag missing, unclear, or inconsistent information according to the defined escalation process.
- Incorporate feedback from quality audits and work toward continuous improvement.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Records Reviewer or Medical Summarizer.
- Ability to read, understand, and summarize medical documentation accurately.
- Solid attention to detail, written comprehension, and documentation skills.
- Ability to meet quality and productivity targets.




- Working knowledge of medical terminology is required; familiarity with clinical documentation and healthcare records is preferred.
- Ability to work from the Pune office during the day shift.
