Job Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of plant mechanical equipment.
- Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of Horizontal Belt Filters.
- Perform maintenance of pumps, valves, conveyors, agitators, heat exchangers, and other static and rotary equipment.
- Perform equipment alignment, inspections, and routine equipment health checks.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of fitters, millwrights, and co-technicians.
- Identify equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Follow Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), and all plant safety procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records,



report equipment issues, and ensure reliable plant operations.

Mandatory Requirements
- 4–10+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in a Phosphoric Acid Plant (PAP), fertilizer, or chemical industry.
- Hands-on experience with Horizontal Belt Filters is mandatory.
- Practical knowledge of pumps, valves, conveyors, agitators, heat exchangers, and heavy mechanical equipment.
- Experience in equipment alignment, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown maintenance.
- Regular Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.

Key: Candidates must have actual Horizontal Belt Filter maintenance experience. Profiles without this experience should not be shortlisted.
