We are looking for a Diploma-qualified Mechanical Maintenance Technician with experience in RMC plant operations and mechanical maintenance. The candidate should have a sound understanding of industrial machinery, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine mechanical maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment. Inspect and maintain batching plants, mixers, screw conveyors, belt conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and other mechanical components.

- Identify mechanical faults, breakdowns, and equipment performance issues and take corrective action. Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce machine downtime and improve equipment reliability.

- Assist in the installation, fitting, alignment, and commissioning of mechanical equipment.

- Check conveyor belts, rollers, bearings, motors, couplings, and other mechanical assemblies. Monitor equipment condition and report any abnormal vibration, noise, leakage, or wear and tear.

- Coordinate with the plant operator, electrician, and production team to resolve maintenance issues.

- Maintain records of breakdowns, repairs, spare parts, and preventive maintenance activities.





- Ensure the availability and proper use of maintenance tools and equipment.

- Follow plant safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the maintenance area.

- Support smooth plant operations by attending breakdowns and completing repairs within the required time.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in an RMC, cement, AAC block, or similar manufacturing plant.

- Practical knowledge of RMC plant machinery, conveyors, mixers, gearboxes, bearings, and mechanical assemblies.

- Understanding of preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, fitting, and troubleshooting.

- Ability to identify mechanical problems and coordinate timely repairs. Willingness to work at a manufacturing plant and support routine maintenance activities.

- Candidates with hands-on experience in RMC plant machinery will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
