Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Mechanical Engineering with the ability to apply core principles to industrial, manufacturing, and precision engineering contexts.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality systems; experience in textile or precision engineering environments is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site in a fast-paced industrial setting.

- Utility Plant Operations & Maintenance: Oversee the continuous operation and maintenance of critical utilities, including Boilers, HVAC, Air Conditioning (AC), Refrigeration systems, Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Water Softening Plants, Reverse Osmosis (RO), and Multiple Effect Evaporators (MEE).
- Equipment Maintenance & SAP Integration: Execute routine and breakdown maintenance for various industrial pumps and textile machinery (Warping, Steaming, etc.)



strictly following the Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule in SAP.
- Plant Safety & Compliance: Enforce mechanical safety protocols across all plant operations to maintain a hazard-free work environment and zero-accident standard.
- ISO Audit & Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical, utility, and ISO documentation to ensure full compliance during internal and external quality audits.
- Cost Optimization & Energy Conservation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives through energy-saving projects, process upgrades, and operational enhancements to reduce utility costs.
- Inventory Control & Engineering Improvements: Implement import substitution for mechanical spares to minimize lead times and reduce inventory carrying costs.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Compile, track, and present detailed utility performance, consumption, and efficiency reports for management review.
