-At least 7 years of experience. In which, 2-3 years in supporting mechanical equipment installations.
-Good knowledge of hospital and laboratory equipment.
Role Responsibilities:
-Assist in surveying site utilities, capacity, and application details.
-Review previous studies, data collection reports, and hospital plans.
-Research relevant laws, regulations, and standards for compliance.
-Prepare schematic mechanical drawings under senior engineer s guidance.
-Contribute to schematic design reports and calculation sheets.
-Support in finalizing mechanical design conditions for detailed development.
-Assist in surveying local construction practices.
-Research and suggest optimization strategies for construction methods.
-Prepare detailed mechanical drawings as part of the design process.
-Assist the Cost Management Engineer with cost estimates and material calculations.
-Calculate material and labor quantities for the project.
-Support the preparation of tender documents for mechanical work.
-Review construction work plans and provide feedback.
-Assist in site inspections and monitor construction progress.
-Ensure compliance with project specifications and report to the senior engineer.
-Participate in construction completion inspections.
-Contribute to the preparation of the mechanical works completion report.
