- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years of relevant experience, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in maintenance, erection and commissioning of industrial mechanical equipment.
- Experience in maintenance of Boiler, pumps, agitators, gearboxes, conveyors, material handling equipment and other process equipment.
Knowledge of mechanical drawings, equipment specifications, alignment, inspection and maintenance procedures.
Key Process Engineering Responsibilities:
- Supervise erection, installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
- Review equipment drawings, technical specifications and vendor documents.
- Coordinate equipment foundations, anchor bolts, alignment and installation requirements with the Civil team.
- Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance and troubleshoot equipment problems.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment installation, repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor quality of fabrication, welding, inspection and installation works.
- Maintain equipment records, maintenance schedules and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements and approved engineering standards.
