- Execute mechanical pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and performance testing activities as per approved project procedures.

- Coordinate installation verification, equipment alignment, and mechanical completion inspections.

- Supervise commissioning of pumps, compressors, fans, blowers, heat exchangers, tanks, piping systems, HVAC systems, and other mechanical equipment, as applicable to the project.

- Perform and coordinate flushing, hydrotesting, pressure testing, leak testing, lubrication checks, and equipment readiness inspections.

- Verify P&IDs;, isometric drawings, equipment layouts, datasheets, and commissioning procedures.

- Prepare and maintain commissioning checklists, inspection records, punch lists, test reports, and handover dossiers.

- Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, electrical, instrumentation, safety, and client teams.





- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, and HSE requirements.

- Identify commissioning issues, coordinate troubleshooting, and ensure timely closure of punch points.

- Support system handover, pre-start-up safety reviews, and final documentation.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in mechanical commissioning at EPC/MEP project sites.

- Good knowledge of mechanical completion and system handover procedures.

- Ability to read P&IDs;, equipment drawings, and piping isometrics.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
