We are currently looking for an MD Pathologist for the role of Cluster Nodal Medical Operations for a state-level position involving government medical colleges and healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee laboratory operations across multiple medical colleges and government healthcare institutions.
- Manage laboratory teams, supervisors, technicians, and operational performance.
- Build relationships with HODs, clinicians, Medical Superintendents, and institutional stakeholders.
- Monitor laboratory quality, turnaround time (TAT), result reliability, and service delivery.
- Handle clinical and operational complaints, escalations, and service-related issues.
- Drive test awareness, appropriate test utilization, institutional engagement, and service development.




- Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and implement operational improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile: We are looking for an MD Pathologist with a strong combination of clinical expertise, laboratory operations management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills and is open for travelling. Experience in multi-site laboratory operations, hospital relationships, and healthcare business development would be an added advantage.

The role is ideal for a pathologist interested in expanding beyond routine diagnostics into medical leadership and operational management.
