Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Design and deliver engaging, structured lessons following the [e.g., CBSE / ICSE / State Board / IB / IGCSE] curriculum.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, positive, and productive learning environment that encourages student participation.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Prepare tests, assignments, and exams; grade work promptly; and provide constructive feedback to support student progress.
- Individual Support: Identify students who need extra support or advanced challenges and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Communication:
Regularly communicate student academic performance and behavioral progress with parents and school administration.
- Professional Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings, subject department workshops, parent-teacher meetings (PTMs), and school events.
