Key Responsibilities

- Promote Sankalp Kota Classes across Moga and surrounding areas through effective local marketing activities.

- Conduct field visits, home-to-home outreach, and student engagement activities.

- Build and maintain solid professional relationships with school teachers, educators, students, and parents.

- Conduct career counselling sessions for students and parents and guide them regarding academic and career opportunities.

- Generate quality enquiries and contribute to student admissions and enrolment growth.

- Plan and execute local promotional campaigns, events, seminars, and outreach activities.

- Follow up with prospective students and parents and convert leads into admissions.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, enquiries, and admission conversions.

- Regularly report marketing activities, progress, and results to the management team.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or student outreach.





- Graduation is required; post-graduation will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Confident and comfortable interacting with students, parents, teachers, and school representatives.

- Strong convincing, networking, and relationship-building abilities.

- Career counselling experience or knowledge of the education sector will be preferred.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned areas for field marketing and outreach.

- Candidates with experience in the education, coaching, or ed-tech industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
