Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and result-oriented Marketing Manager to drive brand partnerships, identify business opportunities, and promote LUKMANCE’s photoshoot and modelling services And client services .The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching to brands across industries such as jewellery, textiles, fashion, lifestyle, and beauty, while developing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential brands for collaborations, campaigns, and professional photoshoots.
- Pitch LUKMANCE’s modelling, photography, campaign, and brand promotion services to jewellery brands, textile businesses, fashion labels, boutiques, and lifestyle companies.
- Develop marketing proposals, campaign concepts, quotations, and collaboration packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, marketing teams, designers, and business representatives.
- Generate leads through networking, social media, email outreach, phone calls, and professional meetings.
- Negotiate project budgets, deliverables, and collaboration terms with clients.




- Coordinate with internal teams to execute shoots and campaigns according to client requirements.
- Follow up on leads, convert prospects into clients, and maintain a record of business development activities.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and recent opportunities within the fashion and creative industries.
- Work towards achieving monthly marketing targets, securing projects, and increasing company revenue.

Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and pitching skills.
- Confidence in approaching brands and building professional relationships.
- Strong interest in fashion, modelling, jewellery, textiles, advertising, and brand marketing.
- Ability to prepare professional proposals and communicate business ideas effectively.
- Good organisational, networking, and client-management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, business development, or brand collaborations is preferred.
